For Customers in Switzerland:
• Since our products are made on demand, returns are only possible if the item is defective or damaged.
• If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at customersupport@doggang.shop within 14 days of delivery, and we will find a solution.

Exchanges & Sustainability

We understand that sometimes the size or color might not be quite right. However, because every item is printed only after you place an order, we cannot offer direct exchanges – instead, you would need to place a new order.
